This study discusses the compensation justice include distributive compensation justice and procedural compensation justice on job performance both directly and indirectly influenced by job satisfaction. The populations in this study were coffee shop employees on coffee shop in Purwokerto totaling 79 people. Data were collected by survey method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondent.
