PARKING RETRIBUTION MANAGEMENT IN PALU

This research aims to determine and analyze the management of parking fees in Palu in terms of aspects of Planning, Organizing, Driving, and Supervision. This research used descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The analytical method used is descriptive method, which is an analysis describing the implementation of parking management in Palu, using a qualitative approach that was data compiled, analyzed, interpreted and then conclusions can be drawn as answers to the problems studied. The conclusion of this research is the Management of Parking Services in Palu by the Transportation Department of Palu continues to make improvements to the management of parking services, ranging from employees, supervisors, collectors and parking attendants. The management of the city parking fees is done through the process of planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. However, there are still obstacles in collecting retribution so that it has not met the target optimally
