This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of Leadership, Organizational Climate, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Department of Human Settlements and Water Resources, Central Sulawesi Province. The sample consisted of 156 employees of the Department of Human Settlements and Water Resources of Central Sulawesi. This research is descriptive and will be analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.
