THE INFLUENCE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND ADVERSITY QUOTIENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE TO WORK MOTIVATION AS INTERVENING VARIABLE AT PT. JASA RAHARJA CENTRAL SULAWESI

This research aims to find out the direct influence of Emotional Intelligence on work motivation, performance, and the direct influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) of Central Sulawesi Province. The sample were 34 respondents who were employees of PT.
