The main objective of this paper is to study the correlation between investment in information technologies and especially information systems and information system success based on data collection and a multi-criteria decision-making approach using technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) methods. The criteria of the hierarchical model for evaluating the information system success are chosen from Delone and McLean information systems (IS) success model.
