Hail occurred in Sukabumi, Sekadau and Bogor on August 23, 2020, August 22, 2020, and September 23, 2020. Extreme weather phenomena in these three places occurred in the dry season. This study utilizes the ERA5 data reanalysis model to analyze the vertical velocity conditions when hail happened and its conditions with other weather parameters such as relative humidity and wind patterns. In addition, HCAI (High–Resolution Cloud Analysis Information) product satellite data is used as supported data for the convective cloud development analysis.
