Estrategias Socio Emocionales para el desarrollo de la autoestima en niños de 4 a 5 años

The current project reveals the importance of implementing a guide for the development of self-esteem by determining relevant aspects that favor the socio-emotional development of children. The main objective is to develop a didactic guide, through playful strategies, to promote self-esteem in children from 4 to 5 years old, to strengthen the socio-emotional development in the “Luis Fernando Ruiz” school. Therefore, the constructivist approach was used, which allows infants to learn by themselves, from experiences acquired in relation to their environment, which means that children learn through social interaction and previous learning, this is why the proposal "The rainbow of self-esteem" was designed, being a guide of activities that allows the development of self-esteem through the application of different strategies, which were implemented in different didactic materials allowing to obtain better socio-emotional skills in the infant. In this way, the guide has eleven activities that are aimed at teachers, which are directed with an easy-to-understand structure, and skills obtained from the Early Education curriculum, which are intended to be put into practice. It is intended that the guide solves the problem in the different schools because it reflects the importance of working with self-esteem, considering that the experts who have validated the guide affirm that the activities to be carried out are sustainable, given that the infants reach their integral development to the fullest.El presente proyecto da a conocer la importancia de implementar una guía para el desarrollo de la autoestima determinando aspectos relevantes que favorezca el desarrollo socio emocional de los niños, siendo así el objetivo, desarrollar una guía didáctica, mediante estrategias lúdicas, que fomenten la autoestima en los niños de 4 a 5 años de edad, para fortalecer el desarrollo socio emocional en la escuela “Luis Fernando Ruiz”. Por ende, se utilizara el enfoque constructivista el cual permite a los infantes generar un aprendizaje por sí mismo, a partir de experiencias adquiridas en relación a su entorno, es decir los niños aprenden mediante la interacción social y aprendizajes previos, razón por la cual se diseñó la propuesta, “El arcoíris de la autoestima”, siendo una guía de actividades que permite el desarrollo del amor propio mediante la aplicación de distintas estrategias, para lo cual se implementó distintos materiales didácticos permitiendo obtener mejores habilidades socio emocionales en el infante. De tal manera la guía cuenta con once actividades que están encaminados para los docentes las mismas que están dirigidas con una estructura de fácil comprensión, destrezas obtenidas del currículo de Educación Inicial, las mismas que tienen como finalidad ser puesta en práctica. Se pretende que la guía solvente el problema en las diferentes unidades educativas debido a que se refleja la importancia de trabajar con la autoestima, puesto a que los expertos han validado la guía afirmando que es sustentable las actividades a realizarse puesto a que los infantes alcancen a plenitud su desarrollo integral
