Formación Profesional en la Educación Inicial desde la Perspectiva de la Pedagogía del Amor

This research addressed the problem that Early Childhood Education teachers have to train in current pedagogies. That is why it has been pertinent to contribute to their professional training, through a series of training workshops based on the Pedagogy of Love. Faced with this, it has been proposed as an objective, to strengthen the teaching performance of the Initial Education teachers of the Circuit Educativo C10 Pujilí Occidente, in the 2021-2022 school period, through the application of playful, reflective and motivating strategies from the perspective of the pedagogy of love. This research had a qualitative approach, with a projective research type and with a feasible and applied project modality; The techniques used were interviews and a focus group, which determined that a large part of the teachers were unaware of the bases of the aforementioned pedagogy; It was also found that very rarely have they applied the Pedagogy of Love as a teaching pedagogy, or if they have, it has been empirically. Thus, based on the results of the diagnosis, 4 dimensions of interest for the teachers are proposed: affectivity; Tenderness, affection and emotions; Love at school and at home and Love as teaching pedagogy. Reason for which the "Educating with Love" proposal was designed, which is raised in 8 explanatory, reflective and participatory workshops, which allow participants to move towards significant learning through their own or others' experiences; thus strengthening their training in terms of knowledge and use of strategies based on the pedagogy of love, activities were also proposed that can be applied in the classroom and that benefit the socio-affective development of children, in addition a material was designed that will be available to everyone to facilitate the development of workshops for future researchers or teachers who are interested in the topics.La presente investigación abordó la problemática que tienen las docentes de Educación Inicial para capacitarse en pedagogías actuales. Es por ello que se ha visto pertinente contribuir en su formación profesional, mediante una serie de talleres de capacitación basados en la Pedagogía del Amor. Frente a ello, se ha planteado como objetivo, fortalecer el desempeño docente de los maestros de Educación Inicial del Circuito Educativo C10 Pujilí Occidente, en el periodo lectivo 2021-2022, a través de la aplicación de estrategias lúdicas, reflexivas y motivadoras desde la perspectiva de la pedagogía del amor. Esta investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, con un tipo investigación proyectiva y con una modalidad de proyecto factible y aplicado; las técnicas utilizadas fueron entrevistas y un focus group, mismos que determinaron, que gran parte de las maestras, desconocían las bases de la pedagogía antes mencionada; también se constató que muy pocas veces, han aplicado la Pedagogía del Amor como pedagogía de enseñanza, o si lo han hecho pues ha sido de manera empírica. Es así que, en base a los resultados del diagnóstico se plantean 4 dimensiones de interés para las maestras: La afectividad; Ternura, cariño y emociones; Amor en la escuela y en el hogar y El amor como pedagogía de enseñanza. Razón por la cual, se diseñó la propuesta “Educando con Amor”, que está planteada en 8 talleres explicativos, reflexivos y participativos, mismos que permiten a los participantes encaminarse hacia un aprendizaje significativo a través de experiencias propias o ajenas; fortaleciendo así su formación en cuanto se refiere al conocimiento y utilización de estrategias basadas en la pedagogía del amor, también se planteó actividades que pueden ser aplicadas en el aula y que van en beneficio del desarrollo socio afectivo de los niños, además se diseñó un material digital que va estar al alcance de todos para facilitar el desarrollo de los talleres para futuros investigadores o docentes que se interesen por las temáticas
