This thesis focuses on developing an environmentally sustainable industrial brand and its marketing. The main goal of the research was to find out what is the meaning of a sustainable industrial brand in the business of a machine manufacturer. The goal was approached with the aim of three different research questions related to customer experience, the utilization of a sustainable industrial brand in the communication and marketing of an industrial company and understanding the industrial buying decision process.
