It was an experiment conducted in laboratory and field conditions, with the aim to extract and identify beneficial microorganisms associated with the cultivation of pepper (Capsicum annuum) in the town of La Mesa (Cundinamarca). This project consisted of two phases: extraction and identification. During the extraction process of microorganisms, three previously sterilized rice traps were installed in three pepper plants healthy and productive state (for a total of 9 traps). Additionally, two traps rice (absolute control) stored in the shade and were left unused; periodically checking that no microorganisms grow on them to show that the sterilization process was correct.
