Aislamiento de microorganismos amilolíticos, celulolíticos y lignolíticos a partir del suelo de humedales de Bogotá

Using samples from the Torca, Guaymaral, Córdoba and Conejera marshlands located in the north of Bogota city, microorganisms with enzymatic activity were isolated. Using the halo hydrolysis in starch agar production, carboxymethylcellulose and sawdust extract agar growth, 51 strains were selected, 18 of which are amylolytic, 11 cellulolytic and 22 lignolytic. The microbian microscopy showed that 50.98% of the selected strains are Gram positive bacilli, 33.33% Gram negative and 15.69% fungi. The culture medium and the enzymatic activity evaluation technique allowed the microorganism isolation in every marshland, in which the strains collected from La Conejera marshland being the ones with higher enzymatic value. With the cellulase, lignocellulose and amylases producing microorganisms isolated, the production of enzymes that are going to be used in the degradation of vegetable materials in order to obtain methanol, vegetables extracts and other products will begin. These products are of major interest for the educational projects in the Industrial Management Center.Se aislaron microorganismos con actividad enzimática utilizando muestras de suelo provenientes de los humedales Torca, Guaymaral, Córdoba y La Conejera, ubicados en el norte de Bogotá. Usando la técnica de producción de halos de hidrólisis en agar almidón, carboximetilcelulosa y crecimiento en agar extracto aserrín, se seleccionaron 51 cepas: 18 microorganismos amilolíticos, 11 celulolíticos y 22 lignolíticos.La microscopia microbiana mostró que el 50,98% de las cepas seleccionadas son bacilos Gram positivos, el 33,33% bacilos Gram negativos y el 15,69% hongos. Los medios de cultivo y las técnicas de evaluación de actividad enzimática permitieron el aislamiento de microorganismos en cada uno de los humedales, siendo las cepas obtenidas de La Conejera las de mayor potencial enzimático. Con los microorganismos aislados productores de celulasas, lignocelulasas y amilasas se realizará la producción de enzimas que serán utilizadas en la degradación de materiales vegetales para la obtención de etanol, extractos vegetales y otros productos de interés dentro de los proyectos de formación del Centro de Gestión Industrial
