Extensive reflection and continuous re-readings require the poems of Federico García Lorca’s Gypsy Ballads and, specifically, «The Unfaithful Wife», a perfect example of intertextuality that highlights the work of recovering and updating themes and forms of popular literature by many poets in 27 Group.
