This research study aims to analyze how physical activity – defined through movement – on campus green spaces (CGS) is associated with students’ subjective well-being. We hypothesized that students engaging in more physical activity in CGS will show higher positive affect and lower negative affect and stress scores. 217 participants completed our online survey, self-reporting their positive and negative affect, perceived stress, and time spent on CGS. This data allowed for the exploration of different levels of interaction by each student in CGS and how it relates to affectivity and stress.
