MANAJEMEN PERSIAPAN GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KARAKTER SISWA

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the level of Teacher Management in improving the character of students, in managing character learning in improving alumni graduates in the world of education and industry, especially in the long term that we are facing today. By analyzing the character learning questionnaire from the teacher's point of view, the research sample was 45 teachers who teach at the SMA and SMK levels, both from public and private schools in the Pesisir Selatan region. The instrument used is a questionnaire distributed online using the ms.form link. Based on the data obtained, it shows that the implementation of online learning has been carried out effectively seen from the readiness of teachers in character learning. From the results obtained, the readiness of teachers in responding to online learning using a learning model is 40% of teachers stated that they are very ready. 25% said they were ready. 15% said they were not ready, 10% said they were not ready and 10% said they were not ready, with the results found from the management of educator readiness in character learning in the future, it can be anticipated to be more effective by looking at the shortcomings and obstacles found in the field through research. this
