This research focuses on examining the influence of spirituality in work by exploring how important spiritual values are able to influence the performance of individuals and institutions. This research aims to understand how the value of Islamic spirituality is implemented in an institution and how it impacts individuals and institutions. There are 8 informants who are leaders who oversee the institution, administrators, staff/employees from various positions, mustahiq (recipients), and muzzaki (the giver). This research is qualitative research with the descriptive- analytical method.
