Background: Fully porous acetabular shells are an appealing choice for patients with extensive acetabular defects undergoing revision total hip arthroplasty (rTHA). This study reports on the early outcomes of a novel 3-D printed fully porous titanium acetabular shell in revision acetabular reconstruction. Methods: A multicenter retrospective study of patients who received a fully porous titanium acetabular shell for rTHA with a minimum of 2 years of follow-up was conducted.
