Women are partaking in every one of the areas of life. They have critical job in state and security as police. The present study illustrates the sociological analysis of the issues faced by the ladies police, for example, socio-cultural issues and to investigate the determinants which sway the professional efficacy of women police. The study expects to have a quantitative research on ladies police. The exploration was led in the District Multan with a sample of 218 ladies police respondents belonging to the three different divisions of police including Punjab police, Traffic police and Elite police.
