This study aimed to analyze the physical structure and sanitary aspects in schools' food and nutrition units, related to Good Handling Practices. This is a crosssectional, descriptive, qualitative and quantitative study on the implementation of Good Handling Practices and the physical structure of schools Food and Nutrition Units. Four public schools were analyzed by applying a checklist. The results showed that, among the four analyzed schools, only one obtained better results.
