Abstract

Pyridoxamine-P oxidase, enzyme with an action mechanism very similar to diamine oxidase, is entirely recovered in 105000 g supernatant fluid, while the diamine oxidas was completely recovered in the microsomal fraction. These data of different intracellular localization seem to confirm the specific distinction between pyridoxamine-P-oxidase and diamine oxidase
