Language has an incomparable life, longer and more permanent than any society, superstructure or political, legal, social or economic conception, among others. Societies can fall or be modified or new societies can be born, because, obviously, the corresponding superstructures are born; but the language remains the same, by its essence, the same as it was before the fall of the superstructure, because the language is the product of a whole series of periods, and through all these it crystallizes, enriches, develops and polishes. This is recognized by Schaff (1964): “Like language, which is also thought, which was formed in the course of the phylogenetic development of humanity, with which it was the product and element of the practical activity of man, which transforms the world; in short, the creator of the image of the world is, himself, a product of this world”. Then, the immanent relationship between thought and language allows reflection on the cognitive processes that potentiate and qualify them, given the importance that the development of language has for the intellectual and social formation of the subjects; furthermore, language accounts for the presence of the indeterminate-determinable, whose dimensions are the subject and time (being-being); this reveals that language is an extraordinary creation of the human poetic capacity, because through language the processes of meaning and cognitive processes are carried out, which are likewise mediated by language, understood in general terms, as well as interaction social, which is a fundamental competence. Thus, this competence will be understood as referring to the ability to appropriate, recognize and use the multiple systems of meaning, and the relevant code according to the context of communication and the ability to recognize and use the contextual rules of communication, translate messages from others, oral or written, and carry out operations of transposition or recontextualization; At the same time, he must develop his abilities to refute, understand, interpret in its different modalities, argue, propose in each of the communicative situations and communicative contexts: social, religious, political, cultural, economic and in education; and, in this way, build readings, revealing the hidden to consequently achieve the incorporation of the subject into the discourse.La lengua tiene una vida incomparable, más larga y permanente que cualquier sociedad, superestructura o concepción política, jurídica, social o económica, entre otras. Se pueden caer o modificar las sociedades o nacer nuevas sociedades, porque, obviamente, nacen las superestructuras correspondientes; pero la lengua continúa siendo la misma, por su esencia, la misma que era antes de la caída de la superestructura, porque la lengua es producto de toda una serie de períodos, y a través de todos estos se cristaliza, enriquece, desarrolla y pule. Así lo reconoce Schaff (1964): “Como el lenguaje, que también es pensamiento, que se formó en el curso del desarrollo filogenético de la humanidad, con lo cual fue producto y elemento de la actividad práctica del hombre, que transforma el mundo; en resumen, el creador de la imagen del mundo es, él mismo, un producto de este mundo”. Entonces, la relación inmanente entre el pensamiento y el lenguaje permite la reflexión sobre los procesos cognitivos que potencializan y cualifican los mismos, dada la importancia que el desarrollo del lenguaje reviste para la formación intelectual y social de los sujetos; además, el lenguaje da cuenta de la presencia de lo indeterminado-determinable, cuyas dimensiones son el sujeto y el tiempo (estar-siendo); esto revela que el lenguaje es una creación extraordinaria de la capacidad poética humana, porque por medio del lenguaje se realizan los procesos de significación y los procesos cognitivos, que de igual forma están mediados por el lenguaje, entendido en términos generales, como también la interacción social, que es una competencia fundamental. Así pues, esta competencia se entenderá como la referida a la capacidad de apropiación, reconocimiento y uso de los múltiples sistemas de significación, y el código pertinente según el contexto de comunicación y a la capacidad de reconocer, y usar las reglas contextuales de comunicación, traducir mensajes de otros, orales o escritos, y realizar operaciones de transposición o recontextualización; paralelamente, debe desarrollar sus capacidades para refutar, comprender, interpretar en sus distintas modalidades, argumentar, proponer en cada uno de las situaciones comunicativas y contextos comunicativos: sociales, religiosos, políticos, culturales, económicos y en  la educación; y, de esta manera, construir lecturas, develando lo oculto para lograr en consecuencia la incorporación del sujeto al discurso
