Objective: To analyze the influence of psychosocial risk factors on the quality of life of workers at the Centro Clínico Quirúrgico Quirúrgico Ambulatorio Hospital del Día Zamora, in Ecuador. Method: Observational study corresponding to the relational level. Conclusion: It can be inferred that more than half of the population presented medium-high exposures to psychosocial risk factors. In this sense, those with the highest presence were: esteem and insecurity about the future, in second order social support-quality of leadership and double presence, and psychosocial demands and control over work were the least exposed.
