The general objective was to legally analyze the violation of the no-contact principle of the voluntary indigenous peoples of the Amazon region, Ecuador. The methodology developed is based on the quantitative approach, resorting to the documentary-bibliographic typology, which allowed establishing the analysis of the object of study, with the purpose of describing the topic addressed.
