Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non ASN

This research was conducted at the Denpasar City Civil Service Police Unit with the following hypotheses: H1: it is suspected that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Non ASN employees at the Denpasar City Civil Service Police Unit. H2: It is suspected that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Non ASN employees at the Denpasar City Civil Service Police Unit. H3: it is expected that work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Non ASN employees at the Denpasar City Civil Service Police Unit. The population in this study used all Non ASN employees and took a sample of 102 Non ASN employees, with the method used was the saturated sampling method or census.
