Kepuasan Kerja dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja pada Perawat Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Ganesha Celuk

Every company must do its best to be able to create a positive performance to ensure business continuity and development. This study was conducted to examine the effect of job stress on nurse performance through job satisfaction (study on inpatient installation nurses at Ganesha Celuk Hospital). From the 113 population, 53 samples were taken to represent the population by the purposive sampling method. The data analysis process will use path analysis. This study shows the results that job stress has a direct and indirect effect on employee performance through negative and significant job satisfaction. The advice given to the hospital is to reduce stress levels so that job satisfaction and employee performance can increase. &nbsp
