Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research was conducted at Hotel Dedary Kriyamaha Ubud By Pramana. The sample used in this study were 48 respondents, namely all employees of the Hotel Dedary Kriyamaha Ubud By Pramana by using the non-probability sampling method of determining the sample. The research methods used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test.
