PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN PADA PEMERINTAH DESA DI KECAMATAN BANGSALSARI KABUPATEN JEMBER

Abstract The Law on Villages, namely Law number 6 of 2014, mandates the village apparatus, which we usually refer to as the village government, to prepare the village to be more independent. Independent here is, the village government can process the natural resources owned by the village and manage the government well. These resources include the wealth belonging to the village, which can be in the form of natural wealth, famous figures or cultural sites in the village, and managing village finances. In Ministerial Regulation Number 113 of 2014, it is clear that village financial management must be in accordance with what has been written in this Ministerial Regulation. In this regulation, it is explained that village financial management is the rights and obligations of the village, which in this case is represented by the village apparatus, measured by an amount of money or anything that can be in the form of money and goods related to the implementation of village rights and obligations.This research is a quantitative research with the population of all village officials in the Bangsalsari district. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample where entire population is used as a sample. This study examines the effect of system quality and information quality will affect user satisfaction. This research results that the quality of the system has no significant effect on user satisfaction, while the quality of information has a significant effect on user satisfaction. This can happen because the respondents think that the quality of the system in government agencies tends to be less good, while the information system itself is considered to be able to increase satisfaction due to the times that support the quality of the information system to be good.Keywords:Quality of system, quality of information, user satisficatio
