FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERMINTAAN TELUR AYAM RAS DI KOTA PALANGKA RAYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan telur ayam ras di Kota Palangka Raya. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Jekan Raya dan Kecamatan Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara Purposive sampling, dan metode Incidental Sampling. Analisis data diolah menggunakan Statistical Package for social Science (SPSS) Versi 16.0. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa variabel Harga Telur Ayam Ras, Harga Barang Lain (Tempe), Pendapatan, Jumlah Anggota Keluarga, dan Selera berpengaruh secara Simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap Permintaan Telur Ayam Ras di Kota Palangka Raya. Hasil pengujian secara parsial variabel Harga Telur Ayam Ras, Harga Barang Lain (Tempe), dan Jumlah Anggota Keluarga berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Permintaan Telur Ayam Ras di Kota Palangka Raya, sedangkan untuk pendapatan dan selera tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dan tidak signifikan terhadap Permintaan Telur Ayam Ras di Kota Palangka Raya. This study was conducted to determine factors influence the demand for broiler eggs in Palangka Raya City. This research was conducted in Palangka Raya City, precisely in Jekan Raya District and Pahandut District. Sampling in this study by means of purposive sampling, and the method of Incidental Sampling. Then it was processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 16.0. Based on the research conducted, it is known that the variable price of chicken eggs, prices of other goods (tempe), income, number of family members, and tastes have a simultaneous or joint effect on the demand for chicken eggs in the city of Palangka Raya. The results of the partial test of the variable Price of Raised Chicken Eggs, Prices of Other Goods (Tempe), and Number of Family Members have a partial and significant effect on the Demand for Raised Chicken Eggs in the city of Palangka Raya, while income and taste have no partial and insignificant effect on the Demand for Eggs Chickens in the City of Palangka Raya
