Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik Pencatatan Nikah (Studi Pada Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis

This study uses a guantitative descriptive menhod by giving guestionnaires to marred people in the religious affairs office. The results showed that: (1) the process of implementing public services for registration of marriage (at the religious affairs office), Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis District, as a whole, only got a percentage of 316,5 % which quite effective. Carrying out the functions of carrying out marriage and reconciliation, guidance of sakinah families, mosque guidance, sharia guidance, and carrying out other functions in the field of Islamic religion assigned by the head of the ministry’soffice (2) the inhibiting factor of implkementing public services in KUA, Bukit Batu subdistrict, Bengkalis regency is inadequate, such as waiting rooms, waiting chairs, parking lots and environmental conditions behind the KUA office which are messy and unsightly to see from the direction of the service area, thereby reducing convenience in providing services and the process of receiving services. Recommendations or suggestions that can be given are there needs to be an increase in seminars held by the religious affairs office and also through events organized by the ministry of religion and also the agencies under it
