Penyelenggaraan Tugas Camat Dalam Membina Tertib Administrasi Pemerintahan Kepenghuluan Di Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

This research is useful for knowing the implementation of the camat's duties in fostering the rules of government administration in the Kepenghuluan in Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The assessment used in this study contains indicators selected by the author based on the opinions of experts including the provision of instructions, providing training and education, and providing guidance. This research is located in Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency with a qualitative descriptive type, namely describing and summarizing various situations with variables that exist in the object of research. whose data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods with purposive sampling, namely the technique of collecting data sources with certain considerations, this consideration is for example the person who is considered to know best about what the author expects, or maybe he is the ruler so that it will make it easier for researchers to explain the object/social situation studied were 11 informants. Meanwhile "perceptionist analysis" is a data analysis technique used, meaning that it is a method used to manage data information in the form of the informant's perception of the problem being studied. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the implementation of the sub-district's duties has not been carried out properly
