With resin variations of 60% resin and 40% fiber used to make specimens with a variety of fibers from acacia skin and oil palm empty bunches. With the aim of getting the right composition and increasing the use of waste from acacia and oil palm trees into new materials. This stage begins with the selection of fibers and mixing the epoxy resin. Specimen manufacturing and testing procedures refer to ASTM D790 for bending and ASTM D6110-02 for impact. The results of the bending and impact tests showed that the greatest strength of the bending test was 35.69 N / mm2 with a volume fraction of 60% resin + 30% acacia fiber + 10% tkks while the lowest strength for the bending test was 23.14 N / mm2 with a volume fraction of 60% resin. + 40% tkks and the greatest impact toughness was 42.666 × 10-3 J / mm2 for the fraction 60% resin + 30% acacia fiber + 10% tkks while the lowest strength for the impact test was 24,211 × 10-3 J / mm2 for fraction volume 60% resin + 40%. It can be concluded that if there are more acacia fiber fractions to make specimens, the strength and toughness will be better
