Pelayanan Publik Pasca Pemekaran Kecamatan Di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir (Studi Di Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Raya)

The results of this thesis are intended to determine (1) post-expansion public services at the Bagan Sinembah Raya district head office, Rokan Hilir, (2) to determine the factors that affect public services at the Bagan Sinembah Raya District Office, Rokan Hilir Regency. In this research, the method used to make observations is descriptive using a quantitative approach. In using the quantitative descriptive research method is research that is meant to describe the state of the phenomena that occur in the field and provide accurate data regarding the facts that occur in the field. Data were collected using observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) public services at the head office of Bagan Sinembah Raya Kab. Rokan Hilir already has a service that uses tangible dimensions, reliability, response, assurance, and empathy along with its indicators. However, there are some that are still not in accordance with what the community wants, such as a lack of service location including incomplete facilities and infrastructure in the service process. and lack of infrastructure. While the supporting factor is the enthusiasm given by employees to one another, holding coordination meetings or some sort of evaluation every three months and then giving the planting of awareness to serve the community sincerely and according to conscience. Another supporting factor is the existence of facilities in the form of tools to facilitate the service process
