Analysis of the Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Character and the Success of Street Vendors (Case: Martabak Manis Traders) in Pekanbaru City. Supervisor Dr. Ir. Marliati, M.Si. Sweet martabak is one type of food snack that is filling and attracts consumers. Martabak manis business has the potential to create jobs and have market opportunities, but has problems with location, time, income and financial accounting. The purpose of this research is to analyze: 1) Characteristics of traders and business profiles of Martabak Manis in Pekanbaru City, 2) Entrepreneurial character and the success of Martabak Manis in Pekanbaru City, 3) The relationship between entrepreneurial character and the success of Martabak Manis in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted in Tampan District, Marpoyan Damai District and Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used census techniques and there were 43 traders. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and Rank Spearman correlation analysis. The results showed: The characteristics of sweet martabak traders in Pekanbaru city showed that the average age of sweet martabak traders was 35.42 years old, the average education level was 9.56 years (high school equivalent), the average business experience was 7.81 years. , family dependents on average 3.84 / 4 people, and ethnic origin is dominated by the Minang tribe (79.06%). The profile of the sweet martabak business in the city of Pekanbaru on average spends Rp. 6. 720,930.00. The majority of Martabak Manis traders' capital sources come from their own capital (83.72%), dominate selling on the side of the road (51.16%), the average selling every day is from Monday to Sunday (86.04%) and on average. -The average income is IDR 4,965,116.00 / month. The entrepreneurial character of the sweet martabak traders is in the "very good" category with an overall average of 4.6 ("very good"). The business success of the sweet martabak traders is in the "very good" category with an overall average of 4.6 ("very good"). The relationship between entrepreneurial character and business success of martabak manis traders in Pekanbaru City based on the Spearman Rank correlation test analysis shows: self-confidence, task-oriented results, leadership and future-oriented have a moderate / positive and significant relationship at the 1% test level, while risk taking has a less close / positive and significant relationship at the test level of 5%. The total overall character of entrepreneurship and the success of the martabak manis trader has a moderate / positive and significant relationship at the 1% test level
