Pelaksanaan Pengawasan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Pekanbaru Dalam Penertiban Pedagang Kaki Lima Di Kawasan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kota Pekanbaru

The Purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of suvervision of the civil service police unit against the control of traders and barriers to control of street vendors in the are of green open space Pekanbaru city. As for the usefulness of this research is expected to help provide unsderstanding and knowledge to the author about government policies regarding the control of street vendors and be able to ptovide a general description of the surveillance carried out by the Pekanbaru municipal civil service police unit. As well as the result of this study can be input for the Pekanbaru city civil service police unit in controlling street vendors in the Pekanbaru Green Open Space area.The method used in this study descriptive qualitative methods obtained by Observation, Interviews, and Documentation of the phemomena regarding the supervision of the civil service police officers in controlling street vendors in the green open area of the city of Pekanbaru. The interview process in this study was conducted by asking questions to the head of the field of operations and public order, and street vendors. The result of this study can be concluded that the civil service police unit has not fully provided supervision of the street vendors, especially in the area of the greenest spaces so that the objective of the regional regulation on public order have not yet been achieved, So that no misused green open space in the City of Pekanbaru
