The approach in this study is a qualitative approach with a survey method with a sample size of 50 people while the research method used is descriptive qualitative with the aim of the study being to determine and analyze the effect of discipline on the performance of the Riau Regional Police's logistics bureau employees and the influence of motivation on the performance of the logistics bureau employees.
