With a selfie photo with an Identity Card, someone can easily make a loan online. However, the convenience provided has a negative impact, such as a lack of security, resulting in the leakage of personal data by online loan service providers, causing a negative impact on the victim in addition to losses in the form of a sum of money. This thesis is intended so that cases of leaking personal data of consumers of online loan services get attention and the government can make a legal product regarding to the protection of personal data that is clear and specific.
