FAMÍLIA MULTIESPÉCIE: A guarda dos animais de estimação nos casos da dissolução conjugal.

This article addresses the issue of shared custody of pets in the face of marital dissolution. This work contemplates the following subjects: the contextualization of the multispecies family; the pluralism of family entities and the role of the animal in the life of the human being; animals as sentient beings and part of the family; the legal regulation of shared custody and its species with an analogy in human family relationships; and, finally, the custody of pets in cases of marital dissolution. The conclusion of this article demonstrates that there is a possibility to stipulate pet custody in cases of marital dissolution based on the analogy of family relationships.O presente artigo aborda o tema da guarda compartilhada dos animais de estimação frente à dissolução conjugal. Este trabalho contempla os seguintes assuntos: a contextualização da família multiespécie; o pluralismo das entidades familiares e o papel do animal na vida do ser humano; os animais como seres sencientes e parte da família; a regulamentação jurídica da guarda compartilhada e as suas espécies com analogia nas relações familiares humanas; e, por fim, a guarda dos animais de estimação nos casos da dissolução conjugal. A conclusão deste artigo demonstra que existe a possibilidade de estipular a guarda do animal de estimação nos casos de dissolução conjugal com base na analogia das relações familiares
