Teacher training is essential in order to develop pedagogical practices that guarantee learning. The objective of the work is to carry out a bibliographical review approaching the subject in question. It involved discussions on the theoretical and practical assumptions of evaluative conceptions, justifying the importance of the educator knowing the construction process of the historical path of education, describing theoretical and practical assumptions of non-critical or traditional, critical and post-critical curriculum theories, also exposing the classroom management, with practices that can provide opportunities for improving learning and a discussion on the role of teachers in the development of learning.La formación del profesorado es...
