Direitos humanos das mulheres

This article is based on understanding the main feminist movements that took place in the world, giving a brief retrospective on human rights and their emergence, specifically the rights of women. Based on authors, we present the laws and rights that guarantee the protection of women. Through this article we know the historical events that have marked the human rights of women since its inception, emphasizing how women were seen in the past decades and their struggles for equality before men. But, in the midst of so many struggles and changes, did women really have the right and equality before men? The methodological procedures used attempt to explain within a theoretical dimension the history of the human rights of women. This study made possible an important reflection on this subject so pertinent nowadays, making it clear that despite the great achievements there are still situations to be improved.Este artigo tem como base compreender os principais movimentos feministas que ocorreram no mundo, fazendo uma breve retrospectiva sobre os direitos humanos e seu surgimento, especificamente os direitos das mulheres. Com base em autores, apresentamos as leis e direitos que garantem a proteção das mulheres. Por meio deste artigo conhecemos quais os acontecimentos históricos que marcaram os direitos humanos das mulheres desde sua criação, enfatizando como elas eram vistas nas décadas passadas e suas lutas pela igualdade perante os homens. Mas, será que em meio a tantas lutas e mudanças as mulheres conseguiram realmente ter o direito e a igualdade diante dos homens? Os procedimentos metodológicos utilizados procuram explicar dentro de uma dimensão teórica a história dos direitos humanos das mulheres. Este estudo possibilitou uma importante reflexão acerca desse assunto tão pertinente na atualidade, ficando claro que apesar das grandes conquistas ainda existem situações a serem melhoradas
