Internet has connected almost everyone in the world and make it a more horizontal one, with more access to information and communication. However, countries with greater control of the State and its population see it as a threat to their nature and image. This is the case of Venezuela and Cuba, two countries labelled as dictatorships, with huge restrictions on freedoms and complaints about Human Rights violations.
