PENGARUH ELEMEN SIRKULASI TERHADAP AKSESIBILITAS PASIEN DENGAN ALAT BANTU GERAK PADA RUMAH SAKIT (Studi Kasus: Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso, Surakarta)

Abstract: All citizens, both normal and those with special needs such as the elderly and disabled people has equal rights. Nowadays, many public facilities are still not friendly to the elderly and disabled. In Surakarta, there is already a regulation that exist to help elderly and disabled people. An orthopedic hospital is located in Surakarta that is built for for residents with special movement needs. Circulation elements are one of the important components for hospitals that are related to patient’s accessibility.This study aimed to determine whether there is an influence and how the influence of circulation elements on accessibility for patients with movement aids in orthopedic hospitals in Surakarta. A rationalistic quantitative method and descriptive analysis were used in this study. Data were analyzed with a simple linear test using SPSS.This study concluded that there were influences of circulation elements on the accessibility of patients with movement aids in orthopedic hospital Surakarta and the circulation elements had a positive effect on accessibility. The better the circulation elements, the better the accessibility. The most influential aspect of the circulation element to accessibility was the form of the circulation space. The accessibility aspect that was most influenced by circulation elements was visual accessibility. The biggest influence between aspects was found in the entrance aspect to visual accessibility.Keyword: circulation elements, accessibility, patients with movement aidsAbstrak: Persamaan hak bagi seluruh warga baik yang normal maupun yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus seperti lansia dan kaum difabel merupakan suatu keharusan. Dewasa ini masih banyak fasilitas publik yang belum ramah terhadap kaum lansia dan difable. Di kota Surakarta sendiri telah diatur perda yang diperuntukkan bagi kaum difable dan lansia. Di kota ini terdapat rumah sakit ortopedi yang diperuntukan bagi warga dengan kebutuhan gerak khusus. Elemen sirkulasi merupakan salah satu komponen yang penting bagi rumah sakit yang berhubungan dengan aksesibilitas bagi pasien.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dan bagaimana pengaruh elemen sirkulasi terhadap aksesibilitas bagi pasien dengan alat bantu gerak di rumah sakit ortopedi di Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif rasionalistik dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Analisa data dengan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan software SPSS.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh elemen sirkulasi terhadapa aksesibilitas terhadap pasien dengan alat bantu gerak di rumah sakit ortopedi di Surakarta dan elemen sirkulasi berpengaruh positif terhadap aksesibilitas. Semakin baik elemen sirkulasi maka semakin baik pula aksesibilitas. Aspek elemen sirkulasi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap aksesibilitas adalah bentuk ruang sirkulasi. Aspek aksesibilitas yang paling dipengaruhi oleh elemen sirkulasi adalah aksesibilitas visual. Pengaruh terbesar antar aspek ditemukan pada aspek pintu masuk terhadap aksesibilitas visual.Kata Kunci: : elemen sirkulasi, aksesibilitas, pasien pengguna alat bantu gera
