Makalah ini mencoba untuk menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki efek positif pada karyawan dan organisasi. Ada keyakinan yang kuat bahwa pelatihan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan, karyawan dapat memperoleh kepuasan dan manajer dapat mengambil keputusan yang baik. Kita dapat melihat bahwa pelatihan memiliki efek pada masa kerja dan mobilitas karyawan. Pada akhirnya, kegiatan pelatihan dalam organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui karyawannya
