The habitual use of information systems (IS) has gained increased attention over the last decade both in research and practice. Since habitual use signifies individuals’ repeated interaction with IS, it holds the potential for IS users and organizations to maximize their return on IS investment. Recent meta-analysis results have highlighted mixed results due to differences in context, mediators, and theoretical models.
