The purpose of this literature review is to identify and examine what inclusion delivery models are being implemented, what co-teaching looks like, how it is being implemented, what implications for practice are being suggested, and specifically what factors help to determine success of a co-teaching program. After reviewing this literature review, administrative and educational professionals may have a better understanding of what the current research suggests, what current practices are being implemented, and what factors will help to foster a successful co-teaching program.
