Clerodendron infortunatum Linn is widely used for the treatment of malaria and vermifuge, scorpion and snake bites, tumors, inflammation, bronchitis and in wound healing. The present study was carried out to estimate the variation in the amounts of Gallic acid, Rutin and Quercetin in Clerodendron infortunatum Linn.leaves extracts collected in different seasons using high-performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC).In this study, leaves of C. infortunatum were subjected to methanol extractions using Soxhlet method and cold maceration.
