The author offers an up-to-date classification of the problems of the female audience that have appeared and worsened in connection with the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. Both key general economic problems and a complex of family and interpersonal problems are investigated, and the strategy and tactics of brands ' response to these modern challenges are analyzed. The analysis of both foreign and Russian experience allowed us to draw a conclusion about the positive impact of such activities on the image of companies in the society.Автор исследует обострившиеся в связи с пандемией коронавируса COVID19 проблемы женской аудитории, предлагает их актуальную классификацию. Изучены как ключевые общеэкономические проблемы, так и комплекс семейных и межличностных проблем, проанализированы стратегия и тактика ответа брендов на эти современные вызовы. Анализ как зарубежного, так и российского опыта позволил сделать вывод о высокой важности такой деятельности и ее положительном влиянии на имидж компаний в глазах социума
