РОЛЬ INVESTOR RELATIONS В РАЗВИТИИ ИНВЕСТИЦИОННОЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ РОССИЙСКИХ РОЗНИЧНЫХ ИНВЕСТОРОВ

The author of the article highlights a practice of Investor Relations (IR) as the main reason for the unprecedented growth in the number of private investors on the Russian stock market in 2020 and the factor of its further development. Initiatives of increasing the level of financial literacy and improving the investment infrastructure are emphasized as the main functions of the domestic IR. The author includes public companies, financial institutions, media and the government among IR agents, revealing peculiarities of their activities and substantiating their correlation with the influx of retail investors.Автор данной статьи в качестве основной причины беспрецедентного роста количества частных инвесторов на российском фондовом рынке в 2020 г. и фактора его дальнейшего развития выдвигает на первый план практику Investor Relations (IR). В качестве основных функций отечественного IR подчеркиваются инициативы по повышению уровня финансовой грамотности и совершенствования инвестиционной инфраструктуры. К числу IR-агентов автор относит публичные акционерные общества (ПАО), финансовые институты, медиа и государство, раскрывая особенности их деятельности и обосновывая ее корреляцию с притоком розничных инвесторов
