Метафизика российского общества: идейные конструкции, институциональные конфигурации и современные познавательные сдвиги

Introduction. The vagueness of modern ontological constructions correlates with the practical exhaustion of the gnoseological potential of the universalist metanarrative of Modernity and the cognitive and political-institutional parameters associated with it. The unattainability of a consensual explanatory paradigm in the foreseeable future, the emergence of new referential meanings of philosophical and political universals, replicates the necessity of nonlinear methodological approaches. The inconsistency of the referents of Russian society with the dominant normative theories and discourses that reflect the European historical experience led to the emergence of ideological constructions and goal-setting, significantly different in assessing the status and specificity of Russia as a subject of history and its political institutional framework. Materials and methods. The main methodological idea of the article is that socio-political development options cannot be reduced to a single denominator and nonlinear optics of reflection are required. The plurality of the conceptual and substantive correlation of universality and particularity, the recognition of the ontological nature of diversity were used to interpret the diversification of political development options, different from the normative. The range of conceptual provisions that form the philosophical framework for the study of the socio-political ontology of Russia served as a speculative basis and discourse confirmation. The reliability and verifiability of theoretical conclusions are based on the data of sociological studies of the FNISTS RAS, Public Opinion Foundation (FOM), as well as the reference base of the event series formed, which contributed to the practical application of the theoretical constructions to the realities of Russian politics. Results. The metaphysics of Russian society, refracted in political connotations, is simultaneously interpreted by means of two logics: linear-normative and distinctive. The explicative departure from value judgments confirms the ineffectiveness of interpreting Russian specifics and political development within the framework of the modernization paradigm and the inorganic nature of political practice. The political structures of state-society relations, the logic and pragmatics of political and social transformations should be considered as the product of specific historical circumstances. Particular projections of the political framework of the relations between the power and religious institutions in Russia, including the comprehensiveness of the subjectivity of institutions and the imperatives of political metaphysics, reflect the institutional parameters of the Russian specifics of power balance distribution and the variability of the future. Conclusions. The metaphysics of Russian society predetermines the parameters and reproducibility of political structures of state-society relations, reflecting the multiplicity of strategies and goal-setting, which cannot be reduced to a common denominator. The specific institutional frame-work, an attribute of which is the tendency towards monopolization and concentration of power in the hands of the state, reflects the ontology of Russian society. The reproduction logic of these parameters on the example of the relations between the state and religious institutions, imposed on the universality of modern changes in the traditional political, institutional and sociocultural parameters of the world and the methods of reflection, raises the question of how the ways of accomplishing the political process can be diversified not in the logic of “deviations”, but within the framework of ontological diversity.Введение. Неопределённость онтологических конструкций современности коррелирует с практическим исчерпанием гносеологического потенциала универсалистского метанарратива Модерна и связанных с ним когнитивных и политико-институциональных установок. Недостижимость в обозримой перспективе консенсусной объяснительной парадигмы, возникновение новых референциальных значений философских и политических универсалий, имплицирует потребность обращения к нелинейным методологических подходам. Несоответствие референтов российского общества доминировавшим нормативным теориям и дискурсам, отражавшим европейский исторический опыт, породил идейные конструкции и целеполагание, полярно расходящиеся в оценке статуса и специфики России как субъекта истории. Материалы и методы. Методологическое признание несводимости к единому знаменателю вариантов социально-политического развития и необходимости нелинейной оптики рефлексии выступило основным теоретическим посылом. Множественность понятийного и содержательного соотношения универсальности и партикулярности, признание онтологичности многообразия применялись для интерпретации диверсификации вариантов политического развития, отличной от нормативной. Спектр концептуальных положений, формирующих философскую канву исследования социально-политической онтологии России, выступил спекулятивной основой и дискурсивным подтверждением. Достоверность и проверяемость теоретических умозаключений основаны на обращении к данным социологических исследований ФНИСЦ РАН, ФОМ, а также на референтной базе текущего событийного ряда, что обусловило практическую привязку теоретических конструкций к реалиям российской политики. Результаты исследования. Метафизика российского общества, преломляемая в политических коннотациях, симультанно интерпретируется посредством двух логик: линейно-нормативной и самобытной. Экспликативный уход от оценочных суждений, подтверждает неэффективность интерпретации российской специфики политического развития в рамках модернизационной парадигмы. Идейные конструкции взаимоотношений государства и общества, логика и прагматика политических и социальных изменений должны рассматриваться как продукт специфических исторических обстоятельств. Партикулярные проекции политических рамок взаимоотношения властных и религиозных институтов в России, включая полноту субъектности институтов и императивы политической метафизики, отражают институциональные параметры российской специфики властного баланса и вариативность будущего. Выводы. Метафизика российского общества предопределяет параметры и воспроизводимость политических конструкций взаимоотношения государства и общества, порождая множественность стратегий и целеполагания, несводимых к единому знаменателю. Отражением онтологии российского общества выступает специфический институциональный каркас, атрибутом которого является тенденция к монополизации и концентрации власти в руках государства. Логика воспроизводства данных параметров на примере взаимоотношений государства и религиозных институтов, налагаясь на всеобщность современных изменений традиционных политических, институциональных и социокультурных параметров мира и способов рефлексии, ставит вопрос о диверсификации путей свершения политического процесса не в режиме «девиаций», а в рамках онтологического многообразия
