The article analyzes the role of vitamin and mineral complexes in an integrated approach to women's health. The possibilities and clinical and immunological effectiveness of the use of a biologically active food supplement Vitime® expert women from the manufacturer VTF (Russian Federation) are considered, consisting of three capsules, having a balanced composition in terms of the content of vitamins, mineral complexes, polyunsaturated fatty acids, probiotic substances and lactic acid microorganisms.
