The paper focuses on the economic-mathematical model of the optimal distribution of financial resources during the modernization of the production for manufacturing of modern high-tech products. The model is solved by means of dynamic programming. The model allows to choose a variety of high-tech products that gives the maximum profit for the organization at a given time interval
