The article discusses the general procedure for conducting pathoanatomic autopsies in accordance with the current Legislation of the Russian Federation, the problems that arise during pathoanatomic autopsies and the delivery of bodies to relatives, as well as the prospects for the development of non-invasive autopsy techniques in our country.В статье рассматриваются общий порядок проведения патологоанатомических вскрытий в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ, проблемы, возникающие при проведении патологоанатомических вскрытий и выдаче тел родственникам, а также перспективы развития методик неинвазивных вскрытий в нашей стране
